- Allergens & Dietary Information Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take care to avoid cross‑contamination, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
- Photography & Social Media Photos taken inside the café or of our food may be used by us for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. By being in the café, customers consent to incidental inclusion in background images. If you prefer not to appear in any photos, please let a member of staff know.
- Customer Conduct We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner. Damage to café property may result in charges.
- Payment Terms Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept cash and card. Refunds are only issued in cases where a product is faulty or not as described.
- Use of Our Content All images, branding, and written content created by the café remain our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
