About Us
We’re a small, independent café group with two welcoming locations in Portsmouth: Victory Business Centre (PO1 1PJ) and Landport Community Centre (PO1 1JD). Our mission is simple — to serve great food, great coffee, and create spaces where people feel comfortable, looked after, and part of a community.
At Victory Business Centre, we provide breakfast, lunch, and barista‑style drinks for the centre’s tenants and visitors. It’s a busy, professional environment, and our café is designed to offer quick, friendly service for people who need quality food without the wait.
Our Landport Community Centre café is our newest project — and one we’re incredibly proud of. Since taking it over, we’ve fully rebuilt the kitchen, refreshed the seating area, and transformed the space into a warm, welcoming hub for local residents. The café also boasts a peaceful garden area, giving customers a place to relax, meet friends, or enjoy a quiet moment with a coffee.
Across both locations, we focus on fresh food, friendly service, and creating inclusive spaces for everyone. We’re also committed to supporting young people in our community. Many 16–18‑year‑olds struggle to find their first job, so we aim to be an employer that gives them real opportunities, practical experience, and a positive start in the world of work.

Sharon Williams – Owner & Founder
Sharon is the heart and driving force behind both of our cafés. With a passion for great food, friendly service, and building welcoming spaces for the community, Sharon leads the business with a hands‑on approach and a genuine love for people.
She oversees both locations — Victory Business Centre and Landport Community Centre — ensuring consistency, quality, and a warm atmosphere across the board. Sharon is also committed to supporting young people aged 16–18 by offering real job opportunities and a positive start in the workplace.
Her vision is simple: create cafés where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and part of something local.
Roxxi Parker
Café Lead, Victory Business Centre
Roxxi runs the Victory Business Centre café full‑time and is known for her friendly personality, reliability, and strong work ethic. She manages day‑to‑day operations, customer service, food preparation, and the smooth running of the busy business‑centre environment.
Roxxi brings energy and professionalism to the team, helping maintain the high standards that customers rely on. As Sharon’s step daughter, she shares the same passion for hospitality and community, making her a key part of the café’s identity.
Lauren Nevill — Part‑Time Team Member
Lauren works part‑time across both cafés, fitting her shifts around her college timetable. She brings a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and a willingness to learn — exactly the qualities that represent our commitment to supporting young people entering the workplace.
Lauren is dependable, enthusiastic, and always ready to help wherever she’s needed. As Sharon’s youngest daughter, she adds to the family‑run feel of the business and represents the next generation of the café team.
